Abstract

Abstract: This article proposes to discuss concepts and care practices of psychologists who worked directly with adolescents during the pandemic. We analyzed and tracked the routine and daily life of such teenagers and observed their ways of promoting self-care and their difficulties in seeking internal and external resources to deal with the suffering caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Care was worked on in practice, encouraging teenagers to become aware of the resources available for coping, so that they could understand ways of caring for themselves and others, and assess their ways of interacting with the world, seeking new strategies. The work relied on Gestalt-therapy and Phenomenology as an approach.
