Abstract

Summary

This article aims to investigate the challenges faced by the psychoanalytic clinic of children and adolescents in the post-pandemic context. From a theoretical-bibliographic research, the emotional and behavioral effects of social isolation, the need to adapt the analytical setting to remote care, changes in family relationships, as well as the construction of identity and the predominant clinical symptoms are analyzed. Symptoms such as anxiety, behavioral regressions, and excessive use of screens were intensified. The analysis seeks to offer subsidies for the improvement of contemporary psychoanalytic practice, considering the social and subjective transformations imposed by the pandemic.
