Abstract

The study aimed to verify the microbiological condition in processed food cans and lifestyle changes such as eating out, favoring the spread of some opportunistic pathogens. The fact that the consumer to ingest drinks directly to your container, exposes this, one of the most alarming diseases in public health, food poisoning. This is a qualitative and quantitative study, in which cans of soft drinks and beers acquired in different sales positions will be submitted for microbiological analysis by assessing the fungal species, hygiene, and the best aseptic method to minimize the existing problem.
