Abstract: This expanded abstract aims to analyze the integration of AI (both generative and non-generative) within the context of the Judiciary, understanding that this incorporation aligns closely with Max Weber's sociological concepts, particularly bureaucratization and formal or technical rationalism. As a methodology, this study seeks to relate key points from the research conducted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in 2023, named Artificial Intelligence Research Panel, linking to the current literature.
