GESTÃO SUSTENTÁVEL DE EVENTOS: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA POR MEIO DA METODOLOGIA PROKNOW-C

Resumo

O objetivo do presente estudo é apresentar uma revisão sistemática da literatura cientí­fica sobre o tema Gestão Sustentável de Eventos aplicando a metodologia Proknow-C. Em linhas gerais, foi implementado a elaboração de um portfólio bibliográfico que permitiu identificar, de maneira estruturada, os artigos cientí­ficos mais relevantes do campo de pesquisa. A aplicação do processo possibilitou selecionar, a partir de três bases cientí­ficas, 22 artigos alinhados ao tema de pesquisa. Além da revisão dos artigos, é descrita a análise bibliométrica do portfólio bibliográfico sobre o reconhecimento de artigos, autores, palavras-chave, periódicos e livros relevantes ao tema. Os resultados sugerem que o tema pesquisado ganhou notoriedade a partir da publicação da ISO 20121/2012, tendo maior quantidade de publicações em 2014, e posteriormente, um decaimento na frequência de publicações sobre o tema. No entanto, a temática de gestão de eventos sustentáveis têm amparo nos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável da Agenda 2030 da Organização das Nações Unidas, e deveria ser de interesse da comunidade. Além do aspecto metodológico de aplicação da revisão sistemática, as contribuições deste artigo permitem caracterizar o estado da arte sobre a Gestão Sustentável de Eventos para uso em futuras pesquisas.
