Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as relações conceituais entre empreendedorismo social e oportunidades empreendedoras sociais a partir da revisão bibliométrica como estratégia de pesquisa. Para realização deste estudo, de abordagem quantitativa, natureza exploratoÌria e descritiva, utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliométrica e do método de pesquisa Proknow-C, por meio da ferramenta de software VOSviewer. A base de dados escolhidas para realização deste estudo foi a Web of Science. Os principais resultados mostram que Neubaum, Zahra, Gedajlovic e Shulman são os autores mais relevantes e que o maior número de documentos publicados encontram-se nos EUA. Constata-se que as publicações contendo esta temática ainda são escassas e recentes, com ausência de documentos publicados pelo Brasil na base de dados Web of Science, podendo ser considerado como um campo de pesquisa emergente e uma área a ser explorada por pesquisadores brasileiros.
