APLICAÇÃO DOS MÉTODOS ROSA E NIOSH PARA ANÁLISE ERGONÔMICA EM UMA EMPRESA DE PEQUENO PORTE

Resumo

Por meio da bibliometria, pode-se identificar os principais trabalhos que utilizaram o método ROSA, para análise ergonômica em escritório, e o NIOSH, para análise ergonômica em levantamento de carga. Com auxí­lio de um software, ambos os métodos foram aplicados em uma empresa de pequeno porte. Obteve-se como resultado do método ROSA a pontuação 5, o que significa a necessidade de uma avaliação mais profunda a ser tomada o mais rápido possí­vel para salvaguardar a saúde do trabalhador. Por outro lado, em 9 trabalhadores avaliados pelo método NIOSH, apenas uma avaliação resultou em um Índice de Levantamento (IL) acima de 1 (1,106), o que indica uma condição insegura de trabalho com carga, com risco de desenvolver lesões. Ambos os métodos se mostraram eficientes para identificar e quantificar os principais pontos crí­ticos para a saúde ergonômica dos trabalhadores e, deste modo, identificar as possí­veis medidas corretivas a serem aplicadas em prol da melhoria das condições de trabalho na empresa de pequeno porte.
